Every election matters. While Pride Project does not endorse candidates, we want to emphasize the impact that who we elect has on our lives and the lives of our neighbors. Right now, LGBTQIA+ rights, safety, health, and freedom are under relentless attack across the country --especially for our trans and non-binary family. We have a responsibility to ask any candidate we consider voting for where they stand on these issues. If they held office before, look at their voting record, look at their public statements, and learn which policies they have championed. Have they been outspoken in support of the LGBTQIA+ community? Do they have the support of any advocacy groups? Are they a genuine ally?

In North Andover, we elect people to Select Board and School Committee every March. On September 1, 2026 we have a primary election with contested races. On November 3, 2026 we have a general election. Every one of these is an opportunity to stand in support of the LGBTQIA+ community and fight for the values we live by to be reflected in our government. You have the power to change lives and create a better world. Do your research, and vote!

All North Andover residents vote at North Andover High School. Polling hours are 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. You may also vote by mail.
